		<description>Hey Sharath,

Thank you for your kind words! :-)

Yes, you are quite correct about the order of those three lives of Jay and Vijaya. However, the incident in VoR is being seen through a Vortal and is taking place outside of Time. Hence the events being referred to have already taken place eons ago. It&#039;s not a linear storyline as in the rest of the Ramayana Series.

In fact, VoR is actually a side-step from the RS, bifurcating into another larger story which will be completed in the 4-part Sword of Dharma miniseries which concludes both the RS and the KC (Krishna Coriolis). It is also interlinked with the Vortal Codex series and the Gods of War series.

Sons of Sita (like VoR) was completed in 2004 itself, when I finished the RS, and VoR was belatedly published in 2010, while SoS will not be published in print at all. I have since moved on to HarperCollins for the Krishna Coriolis series and Westland Books for the Mahabharata Series, and so Penguin are no longer publishing my work. SoS is only available as an ebook via www.akbebooks.com - if you wish they will be happy to send you a free copy of SoS for your reading pleasure. You can contact them directly. :-)

Best wishes,

		<description>Hey Ashok,
Just finished reading Vengeance of Ravana . I do not have bone to pick, I very well know that a certain liberties have been exercised while bring out this incredible re rendering of an epic. I love all your works , else I would not have bought all your works

It may be oversight ... here goes...

In VoR when Shiva comes to meet Rama along with Ravana, you mention wrongly ( correct me if I&#039;am wrong) that Jaya &amp; Vijaya will thus be liberated from the curse of Chatursana-The Four Kumaras (ie., live three lives as enemies of Vishnu before being recommissioned as dwarpalas of Vaikunta ) as they were thru with 3 lives as enemies of Vishnu, while Ravana and Kumbarkarna were actually thru with 2 lives

The first life was of Hiranyakashipu and Hiranyaksha in the Satya Yugfollowed by Ravana and Kumbhakarna in the Threta Yug &amp; finally Dantavakra and Shishupala in the Dwapara Yug

Please do not comment if you find my observation feeble.

Awaiting Sons of Sita
